The school offers structured programs designed to develop student strength, conditioning, coordination, discipline, and personal confidence. Instruction features Professor Sky Lovell, an American grappler who began training jiu-jitsu at age 13 and was awarded his black belt through a traditional Brazilian jiu-jitsu lineage. Lovell teaches alongside Coach Wesley, who started training jiu-jitsu in 2010 to expand his grappling skills across different academies. Class pathways include Adults Fundamentals classes, All-Levels sessions, Advanced classes, and dedicated self-defense instruction provided at no additional charge for enrolled students. Prospective members can contact the school online or via email to learn about training schedules and start trial classes on the mats.
