The Oakdale martial arts center operates at 1275 E F St, Suite 3, located next to 1OAK Health Club in Oakdale, California. The gym delivers striking and grappling training designed to enhance physical fitness, self-defense capability, and competitive martial arts skill for youth and adults. Instruction is founded around the Justin Smitley Striking System, developed by head coach Justin Smitley, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and veteran of twenty professional mixed martial arts bouts who began training over twenty-five years ago. Smitley integrates professional combat experience into technical team instruction. The academy runs structured classes in adult kickboxing, boxing, and MMA grappling, alongside women-only cardio kickboxing and high-energy youth sessions. Training prepares students for competition while offering full-body conditioning, coordination development, and practical self-defense methods.
