Good2Go MMA is a mixed martial arts and grappling facility located at 100 Founders Way in Strasburg, Virginia, just off exit 298 across from Nino's Pizzarama and above Anytime Fitness in the Shenandoah Valley. Originally started by teaching striking at local clubs, the gym expanded into a dedicated training center offering Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, Kids Mixed Martial Arts, and the Shenandoah Summer Camp. Jiu-Jitsu classes meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:00 PM. The youth program runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00 PM as a belted Kids Mixed Martial Arts curriculum where children learn techniques from boxing, jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and wrestling in a structured setting. The gym also lists Muay Thai, Boxing, and Wrestling.
