Finney's MMA operates out of a 20,000-square-foot training complex at 9744 Watson Rd. in St. Louis, Missouri. Owned by Head Instructor Jesse Finney, a two-time Strikeforce veteran with a 23-0 kickboxing record and former Head Coach of the St. Louis Enforcers in the World Combat League, the gym works alongside Program Director Rob and Lead Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor Lucas Lopes. Grappling instruction covers Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, BJJ Fundamentals, Judo, and wrestling, paired with coed kickboxing, boxing, and mixed martial arts. Children ages 4 to 12 train in dedicated Kids Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kids MMA, and youth Judo classes. The facility houses over 3,000 square feet of mat space, an 18-by-18-foot cage, a 16-by-16-foot boxing ring, an 800-square-foot functional training room, an 11,000-square-foot cardio conditioning center, locker rooms with a dry sauna, a sports rehab facility with sports massage, ultrasound, and electric stimulation, and free child care.
