EVOLVE Kickbox & Fitness

EVOLVE Kickbox & Fitness operates a boutique group training and conditioning studio situated at 6445 West Sunset Road, Suite 170, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Founded by owner and head coach Candace McCutcheon, the studio structures its methodology around three central components: training, nutrition, and personal accountability. The class schedule features bag-based kickboxing workouts combining martial arts striking with high-energy cardiovascular conditioning, without sparring or partner contact. Beginners can access an on-ramp Kickstarter program to learn proper bag strikes before joining open classes. Additionally, the gym offers the Elevate program, providing semi-private strength training guided by certified strength coaches with monthly body-composition scans. One-on-one personal training and standalone nutrition coaching are also available. The facility runs weekday morning and evening sessions plus weekend morning classes, offering prospective members a complimentary assessment to tour the studio and discuss individual fitness goals.
