Average Joe's MMA operates at 546 6th St in Prescott, Arizona, under the banner 'Old School Grappling Headquarters'. Led by head instructors John Potenza and Sandra Potenza, the gym provides training in Catch Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Muay Thai Kickboxing and Savate, Conditioning, Personal Training, and Executive Training without long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Group classes take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings, beginning with Boxing / Muay Thai from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, followed by Catch Wrestling / MMA from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Open Mat / Sparring from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with an additional Sparring / Open Mat session on Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Outside of evening group classes, the Prescott facility is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm and offers individual and small group personal training sessions on weekdays between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm.
